The Balayage Studio is a shared, independent artist space in Salem, Oregon designed for beauty professionals who value intentional work, creative freedom, and a high-standard client experience. This is not a traditional salon model. Each artist operates their own business within a calm, private studio environment built to support focus, consistency, and elevated results for every guest. Our current team includes a sun-kissed brunette and blonde balayage specialist focused on dimensional, lived-in color, as well as a natural hair specialist offering medium and large locs and braided styles designed to protect and enhance natural texture. Each artist brings a distinct specialty while sharing the same commitment to healthy hair, thoughtful consultation, and results that feel personal and intentional. Every appointment is one-on-one and designed around the client—your hair history, your goals, and your lifestyle. No rushed services, no distractions, and no one-size-fits-all approach. The studio itself is designed to feel quiet, modern, and comfortable. A space where artists can grow their businesses independently while still being part of a curated, professional environment.
